Create and use an Action in a Space

Action can be helpful to be quicker on a recurring or complexe task.

Prerequisite: you have already created (or joined) a Space and you have the required permissions to create Actions.

  1. Open the Space in which you want to create the Action.

  2. In the Actions section, click Create a new Action (under the entry to create a new discussion).

  3. In the creation window, choose:

    • Create from scratch, or

    • Use a preset (from the preset catalog).

  4. Fill in the Action settings:

    • Instructions

    • Tone

    • Creativity

    • Name

    • Description

    • Sharing options

  5. Confirm creation: the Action then appears in the Space’s list of Actions.

  6. To use it, click Launch.

Result: launching an Action creates a new conversation, which starts with the first AI response based on the configured instructions.
