How to activate 2FA?

Assumes: you can sign in to your Goodweek account and access Your profile.

1. In the bottom-left corner, click your name to open Your profile.

2. Open the Security tab.

   

3. Under Two-factor authentication (2FA), choose your verification method:

   

   1. Email

      1. Re-enter your password to confirm.

      2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit security code.

      3. Enter the code to finish enabling 2FA.

      4. Next time you sign in, repeat the email-code step for each login attempt.

   2. Authenticator app (recommended)

      1. Re-enter your password to confirm.

      2. Scan the QR code (or manually enter the security key) in your authenticator app (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator).

      3. Enter the 6-digit code generated by the app (it refreshes about every 30 seconds) to finish enabling 2FA.

      4. Next time you sign in, enter the current code from your authenticator app for each login attempt.
