Understanding Integrations

An integration connects Goodweek to the tools you use every day. It enables Goodweek’s AI models to access information that already exists in your information system, while respecting your security rules.

Depending on the level of permission granted, the AI may also be able to interact with the third-party service (create, edit, or delete items). However, sensitive actions are only executed after you confirm them.

Goodweek applies strict safeguards to prevent any risky or intrusive action without your consent.

To connect a new integration, go to the integrations catalog, select the relevant tool, and follow the connection process. Two access levels are available:

• View only: the AI can read information, but cannot write, edit, or delete.

• Controlled access: the AI can go further, with systematic approval required for any action that could affect the third-party service.

Administrators in your Goodweek organization can enable or disable certain integrations according to company policy, to prevent personal services from being connected to company data.
