Connect your Fathom account to Goodweek to access meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries directly from your AI workspace.
ℹ️ Governance note
Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within Fathom, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.
📋 Prerequisites
Before any user can see and connect the Fathom integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
Admin Setup
The Fathom integration uses OAuth 2.0 and does not require any admin-level approval before users can connect. Any Fathom user can connect their account directly by following the steps in the User Connection section below.
User Connection
In Goodweek, go to Integrations.
Find Fathom and click Connect.
You will be redirected to Fathom, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.
Click Allow to grant access and return to Goodweek.
Important Notes
Each user must connect their own account individually.
Goodweek can only access the Fathom recordings and transcripts that your individual user account has access to. Recordings shared with you by others are accessible only if you have been granted the appropriate sharing permissions in Fathom.
If your organization uses Fathom for Teams, team-level recordings are only accessible based on your role and sharing settings within your Fathom workspace.
You can revoke Goodweek's access to your Fathom account at any time from Fathom → Settings → Integrations → Composio → Disconnect.

Use Cases
Retrieve and summarize meeting recordings. After a sales call or team meeting recorded in Fathom, pull the AI-generated summary and transcript directly in Goodweek to quickly extract key points, decisions, and action items without rewatching the recording.
Reference past meeting content in context. Query specific meeting recordings by date or participant to retrieve transcripts and summaries, making it easy to reference what was discussed in previous conversations with a client or team.
Prepare for follow-up meetings. Retrieve the transcript and summary of a previous meeting with a client or colleague before your next session, so you can walk in with full context on what was agreed and what still needs to be addressed.
Troubleshooting
A recording or transcript is missing after connecting
Goodweek can only access recordings your Fathom account has permission to see. If a recording is missing, verify that it has been shared with your account or that you were a participant in the meeting.
Integration not visible in Goodweek
Make sure your organization admin has enabled the Fathom integration from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
