Connect your Notion account to Goodweek to read, create, and update pages and databases directly from your AI workspace.
ℹ️ Governance note
Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within Notion, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.
📋 Prerequisites
Before any user can see and connect the Notion integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
Admin Setup
The Notion integration uses OAuth 2.0 and does not require any admin-level approval before users can connect.
⚠️ Notion Enterprise workspaces
If your organization uses Notion Enterprise and has restricted external integrations, a workspace admin may need to enable Composio under Settings & members → Connections before users can connect.
User Connection
In Goodweek, go to Integrations.
Find Notion and click Connect.
You will be redirected to Notion, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.
Select the pages and databases you want to grant Goodweek access to and click Allow access to return to Goodweek.
💡 Important: Notion uses page-level access control
Notion requires you to explicitly select which pages and databases Goodweek can access during the connection step. Goodweek will only be able to see and interact with the pages you select. To grant access to additional pages later, go to Notion → Settings & members → Connections → Composio → Edit access.
Important Notes
Each user must connect their own account individually.
Goodweek can only access the Notion pages and databases you explicitly granted access to during the connection flow.
You can revoke Goodweek's access at any time from Notion → Settings & members → Connections → Composio → Disconnect.

Query and retrieve Notion data on demand. Search across pages and databases, filter records by property, and pull specific content into your Goodweek conversation to reference or build on without switching to Notion.
Update records without duplicating them. Add new entries to a Notion database from Goodweek while checking for existing matches first, so your data stays clean and consistent regardless of how many times you add similar records.
Enrich pages with structured content. Append text, tables, checklists, code blocks, and media to any Notion page from Goodweek — useful for building structured reports, documentation, or meeting summaries directly in your knowledge base.
Troubleshooting
Goodweek cannot find a page or database I created in Notion
Notion requires you to explicitly grant access to each page during the connection flow. Go to Notion → Settings & members → Connections → Composio → Edit access and add the missing page.
Connection fails with an error during the Notion authorization step
If your organization uses Notion Enterprise, your workspace admin may have restricted external integrations. Ask your Notion admin to check Settings & members → Connections and enable Composio.
Integration not visible in Goodweek
Make sure your organization admin has enabled the Notion integration from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
