Connect your Trello account to Goodweek to manage boards, lists, cards, and checklists directly from your AI workspace.

ℹ️ Governance note

Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within Trello, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.

📋 Prerequisites

Before any user can see and connect the Trello integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.

Admin Setup

The Trello integration uses OAuth 2.0 and does not require any admin-level approval within Trello before users can connect.

User Connection

  1. In Goodweek, go to Integrations.

  2. Find Trello and click Connect.

  3. You will be redirected to Trello, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.

  4. Click Allow to grant access and return to Goodweek.

Important Notes

  • Each user must connect their own account individually.

  • Goodweek can only access the boards and data that your individual Trello account has permission to see. Private boards require an invitation to access.

  • You can revoke Goodweek's access at any time from Trello → Settings → Power-Ups & Integrations → Composio → Revoke.

Use Cases

  • Create and update cards from conversations. Add new Trello cards to a board list, assign members, set due dates, and attach labels or checklists directly from a Goodweek conversation.

  • Review board activity and card status. Retrieve cards from a board or list to get an overview of what's in progress, what's done, and what's blocked — without opening Trello.

  • Add comments and attachments to cards. Log updates or attach files to specific Trello cards from Goodweek, keeping the card history current as work progresses.

  • Manage checklists within cards. Create checklists and add or update check items on existing cards to track granular task progress within a Trello card.

Troubleshooting

Some boards are missing after connecting

Goodweek can only access boards your Trello account has been invited to. Private boards require an explicit invitation.

Integration not visible in Goodweek

Make sure your organization admin has enabled the Trello integration from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
