Connect your Pipedrive account to Goodweek to manage deals, leads, contacts, organizations, activities, and pipelines directly from your AI workspace.

ℹ️ Governance note

Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within Pipedrive, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.

📋 Prerequisites

Before any user can see and connect the Pipedrive integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.

Admin Setup

The Pipedrive integration uses OAuth 2.0 and does not require any admin-level approval within Pipedrive before users can connect.

User Connection

  1. In Goodweek, go to Integrations.

  2. Find Pipedrive and click Connect.

  3. You will be redirected to Pipedrive, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.

  4. Click Allow and install to grant access and return to Goodweek.

Important Notes

  • Each user must connect their own account individually.

  • Goodweek can only access the Pipedrive data that your individual user profile has permission to see. Visibility restrictions configured in Pipedrive apply.

  • You can revoke Goodweek's access at any time from Pipedrive → Settings → Personal preferences → Authorized applications → Composio → Revoke.

  • Log activities and notes against deals. Create calls, meetings, or email activities and attach notes to deals or contacts from Goodweek after customer interactions, keeping CRM records current.

  • Convert leads and manage the sales funnel. Convert leads to deals or move deals back to leads from Goodweek to reflect qualification decisions without opening Pipedrive manually.

Troubleshooting

Connected but some deals or contacts are not visible

Pipedrive has visibility settings that restrict which records users can see. Verify your Pipedrive visibility settings under Settings → Manage users → Visibility groups.

Integration not visible in Goodweek

Make sure your organization admin has enabled the Pipedrive integration from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
