Connect your Mailchimp account to Goodweek to manage audiences, campaigns, segments, and email marketing data directly from your AI workspace.
ℹ️ Governance note
Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within Mailchimp, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.
📋 Prerequisites
Before any user can see and connect the Mailchimp integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
Admin Setup
The Mailchimp integration uses OAuth 2.0 and does not require any admin-level approval within Mailchimp before users can connect.
User Connection
In Goodweek, go to Integrations.
Find Mailchimp and click Connect.
You will be redirected to Mailchimp, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.
Click Allow to grant access and return to Goodweek.
Important Notes
Each user must connect their own account individually.
Goodweek can only access the Mailchimp account and data that your individual user credentials have access to.
You can revoke Goodweek's access at any time from Mailchimp → Account → Extras → Registered Apps → Composio → Revoke access.

Troubleshooting
Connected but only some audiences are visible
Goodweek can access all audiences associated with the connected Mailchimp account. If audiences are missing, verify you connected with the correct Mailchimp account.
Integration not visible in Goodweek
Make sure your organization admin has enabled the Mailchimp integration from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
