Connect your Salesforce account to Goodweek to manage CRM records, leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts directly from your AI workspace.
ℹ️ Governance note
Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within Salesforce, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.
📋 Prerequisites
Before any user can see and connect the Salesforce integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
Admin Setup
The Salesforce integration uses OAuth 2.0. The user connecting must have the appropriate Salesforce profile permissions to authorize third-party apps.
⚠️ Salesforce org-level OAuth app policies
Salesforce organizations can restrict which users and apps are allowed to use OAuth. A Salesforce System Administrator may need to authorize the Composio Connected App in Salesforce:
In Salesforce, go to Setup → Apps → Connected Apps → Manage Connected Apps.
Find the Composio app and verify that access is set to All users may self-authorize, or assign the app to the relevant profiles or permission sets.
If your Salesforce org restricts "Connected App Policies", users attempting to connect from Goodweek may receive an error=access_denied message until a Salesforce admin grants access.
User Connection
In Goodweek, go to Integrations.
Find Salesforce and click Connect.
You will be redirected to Salesforce, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.
Click Allow to grant access and return to Goodweek.
Important Notes
Each user must connect their own account individually.
Goodweek can only access the Salesforce records and objects that your individual user account has permission to see. Object and field-level security settings in Salesforce apply.
If your Salesforce org uses Named Credentials or enforces IP allowlisting, additional configuration by a Salesforce admin may be required.
You can revoke Goodweek's access at any time from Salesforce → Setup → My Personal Information → OAuth Connected Apps → Composio → Revoke.

Troubleshooting
"error=access_denied" when connecting
Your Salesforce org's Connected App policy restricts who can authorize third-party apps. A Salesforce System Administrator must review the Composio Connected App settings in Setup → Apps → Connected Apps → Manage Connected Apps and grant access to the relevant profiles or permission sets.
Some objects or fields are not accessible after connecting
Goodweek respects Salesforce object-level and field-level security. If a specific object or field is not accessible, your Salesforce admin may need to update your profile or permission set.
Integration not visible in Goodweek
Make sure your organization admin has enabled the Salesforce integration from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
