Connect your HubSpot account to Goodweek to manage CRM contacts, companies, deals, and marketing data directly from your AI workspace.

ℹ️ Governance note

Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within HubSpot, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.

📋 Prerequisites

Before any user can see and connect the HubSpot integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.

Admin Setup

The HubSpot integration uses OAuth 2.0. The user connecting must have HubSpot Super Admin permissions or App Marketplace Access. Standard users without these permissions will see the error "Vous ne disposez pas des autorisations nécessaires pour installer Composio" (or equivalent in your language).

How to grant App Marketplace Access in HubSpot

A HubSpot Super Admin can grant App Marketplace Access to a user without making them a Super Admin:

  1. In HubSpot, go to Settings → Users & Teams.

  2. Select the user, then go to Permissions.

  3. Under Account, enable App Marketplace Access.

  4. Click Save.

User Connection

  1. In Goodweek, go to Integrations.

  2. Find HubSpot and click Connect.

  3. You will be redirected to HubSpot, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.

  4. Click Connect app to grant access and return to Goodweek.

Important Notes

  • Each user must connect their own account individually.

  • Goodweek can only access the HubSpot data that your individual user account has permission to see. CRM records, pipelines, and marketing data visibility in Goodweek reflects your HubSpot permissions.

  • You can revoke Goodweek's access at any time from HubSpot → Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → Composio → Uninstall.

Use Cases

  • Create and update CRM records from conversations. Add new contacts, companies, or deals to HubSpot directly from a Goodweek conversation — including associations between records — without navigating the CRM.

  • Search and retrieve CRM data on demand. Query contacts, companies, or deals by property values from within Goodweek to surface specific records for review or follow-up without opening HubSpot.

  • Log meetings, calls, and notes against records. Capture a call log, meeting note, or task against a specific contact or deal directly from Goodweek after an interaction, keeping CRM records current.

  • Review pipeline and campaign performance. Retrieve pipeline stages, deal counts, campaign metrics, or revenue data from HubSpot within a Goodweek conversation to get a quick performance snapshot.

Troubleshooting

"You do not have the necessary permissions to install Composio" error

The user connecting does not have HubSpot Super Admin or App Marketplace Access permissions. A HubSpot Super Admin must grant App Marketplace Access as described in the Admin Setup section above.

Integration not visible in Goodweek

Make sure your organization admin has enabled the HubSpot integration from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
