Connect your Zoom account to Goodweek to manage meetings, recordings, whiteboards, and team information directly from your AI workspace.

ℹ️ Governance note

Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within Zoom, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.

📋 Prerequisites

Before any user can see and connect the Zoom integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.

Admin Setup

The Zoom integration uses OAuth 2.0 and does not require any admin-level approval within Zoom before users can connect.

⚠️ Some tools require a paid Zoom plan

Certain Zoom features — such as accessing meeting summaries, past meeting participants, cloud recordings, and webinars — require a paid Zoom account (Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan) or specific add-ons. Free Zoom accounts will not have access to these tools after connecting.

User Connection

  1. In Goodweek, go to Integrations.

  2. Find Zoom and click Connect.

  3. You will be redirected to Zoom, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.

  4. Click Allow to grant access and return to Goodweek.

Important Notes

  • Each user must connect their own account individually.

  • Goodweek can only access the Zoom meetings, recordings, and data that your individual user account has permission to see.

  • Some tools require a paid Zoom plan or specific add-ons (webinars, cloud recording, Revenue Accelerator).

  • You can revoke Goodweek's access at any time from Zoom → Marketplace → Installed Apps → Composio → Remove.

Troubleshooting

Certain Zoom features require a paid plan (Pro, Business, or Enterprise) or specific add-ons such as the Webinar add-on or Cloud Recording. Verify your Zoom plan covers the features you need.
