Connect your Odoo account to Goodweek to manage ERP data including sales, inventory, accounting, and CRM workflows directly from your AI workspace.
ℹ️ Governance note
Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within Odoo, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.
📋 Prerequisites
Before any user can see and connect the Odoo integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
⚠️ Odoo Online only
This integration supports Odoo Online (cloud) only. Self-hosted Odoo installations (Odoo Community or Odoo Enterprise on-premises) are not compatible with this integration.
Admin Setup
The Odoo integration uses OAuth 2.0 and does not require any admin-level approval before users can connect.
User Connection
In Goodweek, go to Integrations.
Find Odoo and click Connect.
You will be redirected to Odoo, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.
Click Allow to grant access and return to Goodweek.
Important Notes
Each user must connect their own account individually.
Goodweek can only access the Odoo data that your individual user account has permission to see. Odoo's access rights and groups apply — if you cannot see certain records in Odoo, you will not be able to access them through Goodweek either.
This integration is compatible with Odoo Online only. On-premises installations are not supported.
You can revoke Goodweek's access at any time from Odoo → Settings → Technical → OAuth Providers → Composio → Revoke.

Use Cases
Create and manage contacts from conversations. When onboarding a new customer or supplier, create their contact record in Odoo directly from a Goodweek conversation without switching tools.
Automate invoice processing with OCR. Submit invoice PDFs to Odoo's AI extraction engine and retrieve structured data (vendor, total, due date) to populate records automatically, reducing manual data entry.
Process expense receipts at scale. Parse expense documents submitted by team members and extract key fields to streamline expense reporting and reimbursement workflows.
Troubleshooting
Connection fails or is not available
Verify that you are using Odoo Online. On-premises installations are not compatible. If you are on Odoo Online and still facing issues, contact your Odoo administrator to verify that your account has the appropriate permissions.
Some Odoo modules or records are not accessible
Access to Odoo modules and records is controlled by Odoo's access rights and groups. If you cannot access certain data through Goodweek, verify that your Odoo user account has been granted the appropriate access rights for those modules.
Integration not visible in Goodweek
Make sure your organization admin has enabled the Odoo integration from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
