Connect your Dropbox account to Goodweek to access, upload, and manage files and folders stored in Dropbox directly from your AI workspace.

ℹ️ Governance note

Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within Dropbox, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.

📋 Prerequisites

Before any user can see and connect the Dropbox integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.

Admin Setup

The Dropbox integration uses OAuth 2.0 and does not require any admin-level approval for personal Dropbox accounts.

⚠️ Dropbox Business accounts

Dropbox Business team admins can restrict which third-party apps members can connect from the Dropbox Admin Console under Settings → Integrations. If your organization has enabled app restrictions, a Dropbox team admin may need to approve Composio before users can connect. If users encounter an error, ask your Dropbox admin to allow Composio from the Admin Console → Settings → Integrations.

User Connection

  1. In Goodweek, go to Integrations.

  2. Find Dropbox and click Connect.

  3. You will be redirected to Dropbox, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.

  4. Click Allow to grant access and return to Goodweek.

Important Notes

  • Each user must connect their own account individually.

  • Goodweek can only access the files and folders that your individual Dropbox account has permission to see. Shared folders are accessible only if you have been invited to them.

  • You can revoke Goodweek's access at any time from dropbox.com → Account → Settings → Connected apps → Composio → Disconnect.

Troubleshooting

Connection fails with a permissions error

If your organization uses Dropbox Business and has restricted third-party app access, a Dropbox team admin must approve Composio from the Admin Console under Settings → Integrations.

Some files or folders are missing after connecting

Goodweek can only access files and folders your account has permission to see. Verify that the folder has been shared with your Dropbox account.

Integration not visible in Goodweek

Make sure your organization admin has enabled the Dropbox integration from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.
