Connect your Zoho Inventory account to Goodweek to manage items, sales orders, invoices, contacts, and packages directly from your AI workspace.

ℹ️ Governance note

Goodweek will never exceed the access levels granted to the user within Zoho Inventory, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies. Outcomes and available features may vary depending on each user's specific permissions and authenticated access.

📋 Prerequisites

Before any user can see and connect the Zoho Inventory integration, your organization admin must first enable it from the Goodweek Admin Panel under the Integrations tab.

Admin Setup

The Zoho Inventory integration uses OAuth 2.0 and does not require any admin-level approval within Zoho before users can connect.

⚠️ Regional data centers

Zoho operates data centers in multiple regions (US, EU, AU, IN, JP). During the OAuth connection flow, make sure to sign in with the account associated with your correct regional data center.

User Connection

  1. In Goodweek, go to Integrations.

  2. Find Zoho Inventory and click Connect.

  3. You will be redirected to Zoho, where you will be asked to sign in and authorize access.

  4. Click Accept to grant access and return to Goodweek.

Important Notes

  • Each user must connect their own account individually.

  • Goodweek can only access the Zoho Inventory data that your individual user profile has permission to see.

  • You can revoke Goodweek's access at any time from Zoho Inventory → Settings → Connected Apps → Composio → Revoke.
