In practice, a Space is made up of:

• A clear name that states the objective (and avoids ambiguity)

• Instructions: the context and rules of the game that models use to produce relevant answers

• An optional template to standardize deliverable structure

• A conversation style that influences tone and how responses are phrased

• A knowledge base (“Knowledge”): documents, files, and references that power more accurate answers and higher-quality content

• Actions: shortcuts to quickly start AI interactions and accomplish a targeted task
